HUH! "TIP: You know if you can take care a anemone if you know how to spell it correctly."

Correction --> TIP: You know if you can take care of an anemone, if you know how to spell it correctly.

First, Before you correct & flame others, learn proper grammar!

Second, you're stating that his light won't support an anemone, but he should get a frogspawn??? Are you serious!! WOW....

    Hey thanks.;D

A healthy anemone only needs to be feed a small piece of raw seafood weekly to every two weeks. Keep the feedings small and remove all uneaten food from the tank.

Personally I like pieces of scallops, fish, or shimp. Many people feed a small marine fish called silversides, you can get these at most LFS.

I think I tend to feed mine more, just because they clone more frequently. But I have gone longer than a month without feeding, and no problems.

Now I gotta go check out your thread ComputerJohn.

Anemones don't really work out for most people, and hardly ever for a long period of time. You can get the look from quite a few different corals with much better survival rates, like a plate or torch coral. You'd still need better lighting and filtration than a BC29 provides, though.

TBQH, your dad seems very impulsive if he's mentioning all of this stuff. Most of what you've posted about aren't easy things to keep.

One, I'm not flaming him. Two, he asking us if he can have a anemone. Then he probably has lights to keep LPS. It doesn't matter what type of light he has, it is the placement of estates. If he has PC lights and his tank is shallow, it should work. This is the internet, nobody cares if you can spell.
