Angels Picking

    I have a lemonpeel angel and a lot of SPS corals in my tank. He nips and picks at rocks all day and some corals too.

    The thing is he has done this since I've had him and my corals are all growing and doing well with full polyp extension.

    What is the bad thing about them picking at corals? It doesnt seem to kill the corals or prevent them from growing....so why is it so bad?

    well to my understanding, some actually do some damage. I guess it depends on the fish.
