Anyone ever try this?

    Would it help / hurt any if I ran the air input line for my skimmer outside? It would probably take 6'-7' of rigid tubing and I already have a 2x3 in a nearby window foamed in to run lines for a RO/Di.

    Thoughts?

    I wouldn't bother unless you had specific need or reason to do so. pH problems can stem from an excess of CO2. If your tank is healthy, there's probably no need.

    or even hooking it up to pure oxygen? wonder what that would do...
