    Move-in day is TOMORROW. Let the fun begin!

    I checked out the house yesterday and it is pretty nice. It's an older house so the rooms are all really big. I've got some great ideas for this place.

    Yeah, it's a big house.

    Ha. We're not sure how much heating will run in the winter yet. But right now it's been fairly nice out. we just keep the windows closed so it doesn't throw off the thermostat. We also have two high efficiency AC units (we think it used to be a duplex), which we don't plan to use much unless it gets really hot in the summer.

    We're also trying to cut costs so we have a clothes line out back instead of using the dryer (until it gets cold).

    Hoping to do a garden come spring time.

    Thanks! Classes art on the 26th, so we've got a week to make it look good. 8)
