    I have an Aquaclear 50 on my 46 gallon and put in a bag of Chemipure Elite inside. Is the water able to run thru the media filter bag inside the aquaclear? The water goes into the intake and comes out of the return but I was not sure if it is making contact with the media

    It is a bit as 'passive' flow will do, so it should help. But it's not as efficient as forced flow like through a reactor.

    I would say its totally fine, I've used many an Aquaclear and I'm sure it will pass through it alright
