Hey All, I want to completely rescape my tank - problem is, my jasmine polyps have spread to the surrounding barnicles and rocks even my twiggy branch thing.
Is it safe to use scissors to just cut it away so i can move the original rock thats their on??

Snip away. Won't hurt a bit and maybe even stimulate more growth.

It will look better, just give it time for the corals to return to true vibrant color and vigor. Stress etc. will slowly diminish and once your corals attach and spread, your tank will look better than before in my opinion.
