    The 2 LED moonlight units on my AquaticLife 24" HO T5 fixture started going out after 4 months of use. Sent their customer support an email on Sunday morning - to my surprise got a reply Sunday afternoon. By Wednesday I had two new LED units at my doorstep, free of charge! :)

    There's some great customer service! :thumb_up:

    Now if only Marineland would ever email me back......grrr.

    Never had to deal with their customer support, but they do make good quality products too, I own 2 T5 lights from them and both work awesome. Even had a outlet at my house have its polarity switched(usually very bad for lights), and the light didn't break from putting it into that socket. Lucky I noticed in time tho, cause that could have been a fire =X. Good to know they have quality customer service as well!
