If you could remove some eggs tomorrow and put them in a shallow dish with a light below and take a close up pic should be able to see if they are fish eggs or snail/something else. The egg should be more developed and more distinguishable, at present could be either. Isolating some eggs into a floating breeder box or something to stop organisms eating them over night will help (just in case).

If you do put some eggs in a breeder box, if possible add some aeration using an air pump with airline a few centimeters above the eggs creating slow steady bubbles about one bubble every 2 seconds will help to keep them aerated.

wouldnt they need to be fertilized to grow? Im definitly thinking about trying to breed these.. what about a breeder box in my sump, since theres slow flow and no organisms.

Yup sounds good I would aerate them if possible though. If you take a pic like I said previously, will be able to see if it's fish eggs or not, and whether the eggs are fertilized.
