Noticed two or three a week ago, thought I was just going crazy.

Today while feeding and cleaning a bit I noticed they're everywhere... Here's a picture of two stuck together on my fingers...

1, should I expect them all/most to survive?
2, I'm curious if anyone knows about the breeding process of zebra snails.. I'll do research, just curious!

    Whats in my 29g cube:
    3 zebra snails
    Pair of clowns
Goby(no idea what he is, came with the tank)
    BTA
    2 urchins
    (Small amount of coral)

Those aren't baby "zebra snails", they are colonista snails. Those are still babies that you have in your hand, but they don't get very big at all as adults. They come out mainly at night and you will will notice their numbers wax and wane.

I've never ever ever seen them before.. Odd!
Is it a sign of a well kept tank... Or they're just there..?

Not really a sign of anything except you have an environment that lacks predation. These are great little guys. I'm sure your tank is a well run tank.
