    well 1 week shouldnt need to do a water change just add a some fresh ro water. maybe a autotop off deal. or leave detailed instructions on how to do everything, and call everyday to make sure its getting done.. sorry about your loss though.:-/

    yeah, the tank was topped off all the way,when i got home it was like 2 inches low where i left it,im thinking it mighta been a salinity problem im going to go get 10g of water right now BTW

    Get a pillbox from the drugstore. Put the amount of food you want in each of the days. That way whoever is taking care of your tank can't mess that up and overfeed. weekly pill box - Google Search

    Hate to say this, and I hope I am wrong, but sounds to me like there was some shenanigans going on in the place and somehow the tank got contaminated.

    I'm not sure how not feeding a tank is going to kill those particular corals? And if your tank is well established, your scooter blenny should have had plenty of pods to eat?

    I agree,
    Your lights are on a timer so no problem there, and even if he did over feed it would take more then a week of overfeeding to build up any kind of harmful lvls and at the most you would have an algae bloom not dead corals.

    So sorry .... that's a bummer.... hope they will recover .... also definitely always check the water parameters.

    yeah im thinking too, i found some "stuff" outside the on the deck, it was in a wrapper haha if you no what i mean, but idk what else coulda happend, andi did a 5g water change before i left to,so you guys think something was put into the tank? when i was gone?
