    I got a Beta invite for Battlefield 3 (PC), was jsut wondering if anyone else got one? Maybe get together online & do some killing when the beta goes live on the 29th.

    I think that the beta is so bad it should be considered Alpha, plus that metro map shouldnt have been used

    I played a little bit this weekend. I have to admit I was a little let down. Graphics were pretty hot & detailed. That was on my laptop I can bet on a gaming machine its got to look pretty sweet.

    My issue came from the traditional FPS game play issues. Spawn killing, doing the jump/prone in the air/shoot thing. I know there isnt really a good solution to at least the spawn killing but it was already pretty bad.

    Maybe make expereince brackets based on account time played or something would allow people to progress into the game. For a first time log in going 0-12 deaths, first map, then 1-23 the second, it wasnt fueling my desire to play.

    FPS' arent the main stay of my gaming diet. I did back in the day log in about 500 hours to Battlefield 2 and was really looking forward to this one, but it left me a little short. Will I still buy it when released? I dont know yet.

    I havent tried the PC version but its pretty awesome on PS3 and Xbox lots of bugs but its beta. and at 0-12 or 1-23 i would have broken a controller lol its all about team work in that game though and sometimes your team its just horrible and it sucks. Normally im 22-15 to 15-15.

    Thats a pretty small map in compairison to what the rest of the game will be, so im hoping for the best as well beats playing COD for now.

    Yeah you guys def gotta keep in mind it is just the beta and we only have one map with limited stuff, overall I am havin fun I do wish there were other maps but that will come
