Same question here on a HOB Skimmer

My old skimmer is junk and I need a new one for my 72 Gallon Bow. I am considering the Aqua-C Remora, the AquaMedic Turboflotor Multi, and the Berlin X2 Turbo which noone else ever even seems to mention. They are all in the $200 - $250 price range so who votes for which or do you have another model to suggest. The 2 places I have called both were not too keen on the Octopus models in my price range for whatever reason.

Anxious to see how the new model does. I'm thinking of upgrading my coralife 65 on my 40 breeder. I've been looking at the aquamaxx, remora pro s, or an octopus. Maybe do a review on it and post it?

I have the remora pro on my tank and it works very well. Pulls a bunch of nasty stuff from the tank. Not sure what is new about the S-pro, but I think you will be happy with your purchase.

Let us know how that S-Pro works out, I saw one a few weeks ago and it's pretty big!
