    dude you shouldnt need to dose unless your tank look like 2n10 that is just filled up with sps..lps dont use that much calcium, a little but not much, those clams use a good bit but still not enough if your using coralife that mixes around 530..

    ok so i should be good for this tank. also my other tanks are packed to the tim with sps. how much calcium should i have then? is 550 adequate?

    get your tank back to normal..and then do what i do check calcium with water going into tank..and a week later test it before and see where it is..

    yeah thats fine, you just wont it to get below about 350, but ill never let mine go under 400..so when my tanks starts using more calcium then ill do a water change every 4 days instead of 7 days which will replenish my tank..plus me dion water changes with salt that costs 15$ for 50 pounds is way cheaper than me having to dose..plus its less for me to think about how much and when to dose..

    a tank with a calcium between 400 and 500ish is perfect..its ok to be a LITTLE lower or higher is ok too..

    well in my 16 gallon its at 600 and in my 30 gallon its 450

    16 gallon too high, your alk is high in it too prolly...

    30 gallon is perfect.

    if you get your 90 back to normal pretty soon your coral will pull through more than likely

    or transfer everything to your 30,,and do hella water changes in 90 and get it back to normal even if you have to do a huge waterchange and then transfer back to 90
