I currently have a 10 gallon saltwater tank and I will be upgrading to a 20 Long. I just have a few questions. Will it need to cycle again? I will be using everything from the 10 gallon with the addition of more live sand. That will be the only thing that will be added new. I have never switched to a larger tank before and was wondering if someone with some experience in this can give me some pointers so I dont hurt/kill my 2 Perc Clowns and Sebae Anemone.

Do a water change a few days before the move and keep the old water. you should be ok - run some fresh carbon.

With using the biological filtration mixed in with all of the beneficial living organisms that are already present, you should not be affected too much in going to the bigger tank and noticing a substantial cycling problem.
Water changes and close monitoring of your tank will help to be able to react quickly if something drastic does in fact play out!
    Good luck!

I am worried most about my Sebae Anemone since I hear anemones are so delicate. I know the clowns are hardy fish so I'm not worried about them as much.
