    For the next three weeks I'm going to try and get it flexible again, I can already bend it a bit and hobble/limp. I have my fingers crossed when the swelling goes down it isn't anything to serious!

    Sounds to me like you tore your acl, I just had surgery for that 2 months ago and have another 2 months before I can go back to work. You might want to take it easy on the bending until you know for sure you might do more damage. Hope its not that though and you have a quick recovery.
