    I've been using NP biopellets (first design, bean type... not spaghetti) and I have zero nitrates and zero phosphates (Hanna Checker) corals are doing great. I even had to add some more cause they reduced their size like half. I run them with my main pump with a ball valve to control flow. Don't know the actual GPH but enough to have them tumble like I want. I just have 100ml cause my total water volume is near 25 gallons.

    I use these also even with the recent demise of my nem that I didnt catch my nitrates are still under 20ppm :) and 0 phosphates but I cant seem to get my flow right they are either all tumbling rapidly or not at all.

    that happened to me with ball valves. Gate valves allows more precise tuning for the perfect flow

    :(Sorry to jack the thread...
    But I'm living here in Canada and am looking for the best place to purchase the warner marine eco bak pellets..
    I want to save on shipping so I know that a few places down there in america are charging krazy amounts of customs once I get the package knocking at my door.
    I don't want to be paying the good price then it gets over priced after all the shipping is brought to my attention...
    please someone help!!!:confused::-/

    I have had 2 small bacteria blooms in the last 4 weeks but nitrates are reading 0 at this point something I have never one time seen in my tank exp not with my bio load. I tested 4 times with 2 kits as I did not believe it.
