    Well, I came home with some new corals, and when I looked for my lawnmower blenny, I found him on the floor all dried out :cry::bawling:

    Funny quirky little fish, I've had him since I set up my 30g, grew quite a bit and always fun to watch.

    R.I.P. :cry::bawling:

    Think something spooked him or water params?

    Sorry to hear about your little guy. I get too attached to all my pets.....

    Probably something spooked him. He was a bit high strung, water params are good across the board

    most blennies are too timid for my taste, always going in overflows and trying to jump out.
    probably because most are wild caught

    sorry better luck next time

    Thanks guys. I am considering not getting another blenny as I don't want another one to end up on the floor. I also really have no algae left for them to graze on, I have 2 gobies and will probably focus on free-swimming fish.

    Sorry for the loss man. I've lost a goby due to jumping as well...stinks cuz they are my favorite. I put some egg crate on top of my tank to help but don't like it due to somewhat diffusing my light. Small thing to live with if I want to stop losing my gobies.
