    Update

i original placed the sponge in a high flow shaded area on the sandbed, over time it developed some dead area which i had cut off.

then i moved it to an high flow moderate intense light area, and it seem to be doing very well now. i do feeding 3 time a wk with Zooplanktos and chromaplex.

so far so good. the only thing left now it to find out what it is.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I kept my Haliclona mid level in the tank with mod lighting and somewhat higher flow. They are photosynthetic and need decent lighting to grow and spread. They are great sponges, love the color.
