Blue tang problemss!!!

So today i noticed something really strange with my blue tang (2-3 inches) that i've had for about a month now. Looking at him from the front and top, the front half of his body is about twice as wide as his back half, and looking at him closer i noticed what what seemed to be two pointy bones sticking out of his body underneath his fins. The pointy side on his right looked much more distint, and a white line under the bone made it appear like whatever was pointing out had punctured through the skin which really alarmed me. I have attached pictures, unfortunately they dont really show the point very clearly, but i think they give a rough idea of what im talking about. The tang doesnt seem skinny which is why i find this very odd, but i have also noticed a big buldge right behind the fin, if this helps. I would really appreciate ANY feedback or advice, bacause i feel completely helpless to fix this if i dont understand what is going on.
