I've read that these are the only true reef safe trigger, and i am considering getting one.
I just wondered if anyone here has kept one in a reef, as i don't want to bother if its going to rip my shrimp and snails apart etc...

    Cheers

These puppies get pretty big. It would leave your snails alone, would possibly eat your shrimp, and any hermit crabs would be eaten.

Oh it will have to be a no then, i like my hermits and my fire shrimp (despite only ever seeing it at dinner time).
Maybe i'll go for a cherub angel instead

I had a cherub angel once, I loved the little thing, it liked to stay in rock but it would come out when I came around the tank, very fun
