I woke up in the middle of the night randomly last night and looked at the tank and saw a 2-3 inch bristle worm, i am almost 99.9999999% sure it is a bristle, it looked like a large centipede basically. I am wondering if it will hurt anything in the tank? what do they do? are they harmful to the tank?

    It is a 14g biocube

you should be fine with your bristle worms, i honestly like to have them as they are pretty good night scavengers, they do great in refugiums.

Bristles are safe for the most part, although they like to steal food from slow eating coral ;) !!! No worries !
