I know someone will ask for a picture but at the moment my camera is broken. That being said i will try my best to describe these creatures. They basically look like brown works anywhere from .25" to 2" in length. They appear on the glass of my aquarium shortly after the lights click off. From all my research on the net i have decided that they aren't bristle worms because from what i can tell bristle worms look kind of like centpedes and these "brown worms" don't have any "feet". Should I be concerned with these new creatures or are they just another lifeform that will contribute to the health of the ecosystem?

I'd be way more concerned with your maxima clam under such a small amount of light. for the worms, have you looked into different kinds of flat worms to try and get an ID? Sounds like they may be what your having, but I have never heard of one at or around 2", tho I have seen a you-tube video of a monster flatworm that was like 8+ inches . . . and creepy as hell.
