My Lfs has a bubble coral that is rather small. The price on the tank said $65 but when I asked the owner if that was the price for that piece he said it was suppose to be a lot bigger then it was when they got it. he said he would sell it for $25. My question, Are they hardy and will it get bigger with the right water conditions and lighting?

This one is a little smaller then a tennis ball. The lights they have it under are just Pcs, same as I have but I also have a t-5 strip as well. Enough Light?

if kept high enough im sure. my understanding , they arent necessarily needing alot of light. you can feed them , and also they have feeding tentacles that will grab food outta the water

Just make sure to keep them away from other corals, IME bubbles have some of the nastiest sweeper range of the LPS corals.

    They are nice..
I have lights sort of like yours and I keep mine on the bottom..
It came in as a little frag.. Is really growing.. LOVES to eat around lights out..
Mysis shrimp, I cut up small pieces of raw shrimp, it loves it..
And it does need to be away from other corals. and not to much flow..

    Good Luck, Larry
