I'm planning on moving my sump into the basement, And also setting up a 30gal water change tank along with a Fuge..

    Here's a rough drawing I did,

    I have a 90gal DT with a corner overflow,

I'm trying to put a list together on the what I'm going to need..

First, I don't know what size bulkheads to get for the corner overflow on the 90gal DT?

Second, What size PVC pipe am I going to be running from and too the DT too and from the tanks in the basement?

    Hope the makes sense.

    Thanks for any help!

Is the DT already drilled? I would assume it already is, and if so, the holes will determine the size bulkhead you can use. Most online stores have a bulkhead size vs hole size chart of some sort. Here's MarineDepot's:
    Bulkhead and Strainer/Overflow Fittings

Then, the bulkhead size will likey determin the size of the return and drain lines.

If the tank is not drilled already, then i would guess that 1" bulkheads and pipe would do the trick. But, since i have never done a setup where the sumps are in the basement, i dont know for sure. :-/

    Hope that helps.

Yes, The holes were already drill.. I figured out they are 2"(drain) 1.5" return.. So, I guess that's the size of the bulkheads and pipe.
