    Hi Guys,

I got four bullseye mushrooms a few weeks ago and three are looking great. The fourth one looked a little white when I got it, but it is looking even whiter now. Is it too close to the light or is there anything I can do for it? Thanks!!!

    Regards,
    Ivy

unlike many musrooms in my tank the bullseye seems to be quiite sensitive. mine didn't do so well higher up or in lower light areas but just lower in the tank on the sand bed did well. really responded well to actinic lights.
    good luck

Thanks for the quick reply. Did you just sit your on the sand or on a rock lower in the tank? Thanks!!!

they were already on a rock about 7 of them which would put them about 1/2 inch to 1 inch off the sand bed. but take into consideration my lights are only powercompacts and a barely 29 gallon tank

I have a 6 bulb T-5 lighting setup over a 55 gallon 48 long and try to keep my mushroom's on the bottom or as close as possible. Good Luck.
