Ca/dKH...???

    So I followed everyone's advice and got the Mg test kit. I got a Red Sea Mg test kit. I don't know if it is just me but it is alot more of a pain to test Mg than Ca.

    My Mg was at 800ish...I does my tank last night and the morning (while keeping an eye on my Ca & dKH) and now I am up to about 1000. So I guess just keep on dosing Mg when I dose Ca???(in the morning)...

    dont dose more than 100ppm in any 24 hour period John

    dose 1 hour at least before dosing anything else - longer is better

    dont want to make to many changes to parameters to quickly
    dripping it in rather than pouring it in is better
    if your using a liquid supplement, mix the liquid with some RODI and drip in slowly using airline tube as syphon
