What Calcium Level do you target for your tank??

    As I learn, I like to write down my conclusions to "capture it". That way, I can go back and review my notes periodically and see if I have forgot something or learned something new. I started doing this for my reef aquarium knowledge a while back, but then life kind of exploded on me at work. Now that things are calming down again, I am picking up where I left off.

    My first entry was specific gravity.

    420 Seems to be what my tank likes.

    I am aiming for around 380 because my alk doesn't doesn't get very high using soda ash as my alk supplement.

    I usually shoot for 450. My tank seems happy right around that.

    My tank sits at 450 and find it helps the stony's :)
