Can you ID this?

Just got this in the mail today. I'm sure some of you will know what it is.

 

The picture is unclickable, so can't be made larger. I'd love an opportunity to look at it more closely. I recognize the item on the right to be the lid of a 5 gal bucket, but beyond that, I'm clueless. The item on the left resembles an indicator light with perhaps some type of drip assembly underneath. The drip assembly looks similar to the tubing that protrudes from the bottom of a soap bag in a bathroom dispenser, designed to dispense product when pulled upon.

It also appears that the item on the left, fits, and sits underneath the bucket's lid. Perhaps instead of a light it's a female spout for pouring liquid into?

I'm stumped.

:biggrinbo Hooray, I was worried that this was going to be way to easy but if I stumped Sparky and Luna, I'm off to a great start.

If someone can tell me how to post a clickable picture, I'll do it but the people who know what this is will be able to get it from this pic.

No it's not a reservoir but K+ for the refresher on posting pics, I've been using the direct link option.






The lower pic shows the piece on the right flipped over. I still doesn't look like these pics are clickable though.

 

And I guess then that the piece on the right is NOT the lid of a 5G bucket!
