If I had it to do over again I would get the Mccoskers flasher - seems to have better coloring than the carpenter or the filamented flaster IMO but they are all cool no matter what!

Does it look as good as that picture?
I've heard some people say the Mccoskers doesn't look as good as the internet pictures. I've never seen one in person.

I actually purchased a Mc coskers from liveaquaria a while back and it didn't ship well so wound up getting my $ back but for the 2 days I did have it, it looked nicer than the carpenter I have now (more color). don't get me wrong, I still like my little guy!

Thanks. I really can't enjoy him yet, as i haven't seen much of him. He came out briefly, but my Kole Tang chased him, and he went back into hiding.
I'm pretty surprised, since the Kole is so mellow, and have never seen him bother anyone. Oddly enough, since i put in the Pink Tail Trigger, the Kole seems to have become a lot more active. The Pink Tail swims around like he's Michael Phelps! Awesome to watch him. He seems to have perked up the whole tank!;D

As McCoskers age, they tend to develop a nicer coloring.
