    Hey yall

So I have some credit on a coral website, and they have some pretty cool carpet nems on there.. Although, I don't know too much about them.. I was hoping yall could help me out. Do you feed them? If so, what do they eat? Is there any specific lighting needs? Should they be kept away from certain livestock? Any other info yall have on them would be appreciated :)

    Thanks!

they are very difficult to care for, you do need to feed them i would do silversides once a week. also they need at least halide lighting. if its your first nem i would get a lta or bta

I have 4 39 watt T5's over a 40 gal breeder (16 inches deep). I've had my eye on RBTA at this LFS by my house. I'm planning on waiting a few more months to add it though, as my tank has only been together for 3.

thats good, wait 6 months to a year before adding any nem, especially a carpet. i would go for a bta of some sort for sure tho over a carpet anemone

wow ten bucks? maybe it was an atlantic carpet anemone, they are not as sought after as they do not host clowns and they are not as difficult to care for like most atlantic nems.
