Hi guys after yet more advice, ive put all my live rock in my tank and got it just how i want it. Was half asleep last night and out the corner of my eye i saw a crab run from one rock to underneath another rock, thing is i doubt its reef safe so i want to remove it. Any tips of how I can do this without removing all of my rock? cant believe the rocks been in a week and this is the first time ive seen it.. its about an inch long

you will find things in your tank years from now that you have never seen. several months ago i spotted a crab about the size of a silver dollar (if you don't count the claws) and i haven't added rock in two years. i usually just grab a red light and some gloves and stake out the tank at 2:00 am.

Try a DIY trap. Like a crab pot :) freeze dried krill works great as bait and won't nasty up your tank.

I would use a trap. I made a small trap using a small glass & with a cap then put a small slit in the top & put it down in the sand. put some meat in the cup...

I believe a trap would be the best option (y) If the krill doesn't work try some algae
