I was wondering what kind of flow / tank placement they need and also what kind of food / feeding methods should i be using ?

Moderate to Mod-high lighting but depends on species. You want flow, of course but nothing crazy. They will eat just about any food your fish will eat (mysis, brine, chopped squid, etc.) but most are night feeders.

I really haven't seen much info online about chalices...other than their insane price tag. Are they considered LPS?

    They are generally considered LPS.

+1 what SeaBass said except some do better in low light, they are highly variable. They are quite hardy in my experience so I start mine out low and see how it does and if I like the colors after a few weeks, if not then try a bit higher.
