    No prob. I am in NC, and got all my orders from them within 2 days of ordering (all 3 shipments shipped out the same day, and I placed my order after 3:00 PM EST.). Very pleased with the packing, and not a single problem with any items. Considering how well my experiences have been thusfar, if I ever did have a problem, I'm sure they would make it right immediately. Also, you get a free catalog with each order (different ones depending on what you order)!
