just got mybulk reef supply dry rock. looks pretty cool. i really like the huge shelf rock.

they called me when i placed the order to tell me that the smallest piece of shelf they had was 25 pounds. i was impressed with the customer service call, and decided to get it anyways and probably break it up with a hammer and chisel.

now after seeing it i hope to get the hole rock into my 90. i think i can do it. like a "bridge" type piece.

also threw in a current FTS of the 55 that is getting upgraded

I really like the look of your tank, nice job aquascaping with the width of the 55.

thanks, i cant wait to have the extra 5 inches in the 90 gallon.

i think 55's should be illegal for tanks with live rock........it was such a PITA to aquascape. although in the end it turned out ok.

do i have to do anything to the rock before putting it into the tank?

i want to put some in my 55 and the rest in a makeshift sump. to colonize untill the big move to the 90 in a couple weeks.

I rinsed mine off because they were dusty, so maybe just rinse the rocks.

They look great!! I love the kitty too. :)
