Alright heres the deal. A added chemiclean about 36 hours ago and I am ready to do the water change. So I cleaned off all the rocks from the dead cyano and now theres 0% visibility in the tank, and I want to turn on my skimmer to help clear the water up, but the problem is that it keeps foaming like crazy and overflowing the skimmer cup. When could I turn on the skimmer?

    Thanks

Wow, never have used the stuff so I don't really know. Have you tried to just suck the cyano out off the top of the sand? Need to find the source or it will just come back.

    You dripping kalk??

There was way too much cyano engulfing all my rocks and sand. So I added chemiclean and I am going to setup the phosphate reactor tomorrow to see if that helps with water. Last time I check I had 0 nitrates, not sure about phosphates. Im going to test my calcium and magnesium levels now.

I read that Tangster said it was good and Turbo4603 recommended it to me as well so I dedcided to use for a quick fix while I fix my water parameters.

No kalk dripping by the way.

Try blowing all your rock off with a turkey baster or PH. You may have some stuff built up on them no allowing bacteria to grow in the spaces it should.

If you have cyano, you likely have alot of nitrates, they just aren't showing up on your tests because the cyano is consuming them quicker than your test kit will.
What is your flow like in the tank? Any dead spots?
