    only thing i can think of is shorten your light cycle so your tank wont heat up so much.. I have a aqua pod it to has the hinge lid system with minimual air flow in the hood department.

    Only takes about 4 hours to get over 80 so don't think that will help me out to much. Just really stressed that my tank is suffering due to this decision.

    JBJ Nano chillers seem to be on sale at Aquacave now. I have 2 JBJ chillers and they work great.
