    Need some suggestions on where I can find an affordable chiller for my 90 gallon tank.

    Chillers are not cheap, you could try craigslist or your local reef club.

    For a 90G, you will need a 1/5 or a 1/4HP one. Those and "cheap" don't usually go together. JBJ makes very efficient chillers for a good price. You can either try CL as suggested, ebay, or try to catch sales.
    I picked up a brand new 1/4HP JBJ at Dr. Foster and Smith for $480 a couple years ago.
