I feed a few pellets a few times a day and frozen food, one whole cube every other day.

That's a lot of food. As long as you don't have a fish that NEEDS to be fed more than once a day (like a trigger) then you could feed once every other day (some people feed less then that) and save the frozen cubes as a treat for rare occasions. The cubes will dirty up the tank quick and don't worry your fish won't starve if you don't feed them daily. It's also true your levels are probably 0 because the gha is consuming them. Gha sucks, I had a long hard battle with it...

So i am about 3 days into my lights out and most of my cyano is dead. I am very pleased with this and i would like to keep them off for a whole week since the GHA is still there. My main concern is my leopard wrasses tho hopfully some one can chime in here but we all know they sleep in the sand well if the lights dont go on the leopards (that i can see) dont come out of the sand. I guess the question is can they go a week with out food? I have been dropping pellets in to feed my other fish who always swim around in the dark but i still havent seen my leopards out...will they eventully come out in the dark if their hungry enough?
