    unknown clam.JPG If you could tell me what this is I would apreaciate it. Bonus didn't see the added mushroom at bottom till looking at pick in computer.

    to me it looks like an oyster, but it could be a scallop of some kind too.

    I got somthing growing next to one of my shrooms that looks like that too. But mine is still to small to take a pic of.

    It definatly likes the light. it grows towards it I have moved it about 3 time and keeps getting bigger.

    It's not a clam or a scallop, but it probably is an oyster. I can't really tell whether it's in the pearl oyster family, the hammer oyster family, or Pen Shell. Should be harmless, whichever it is.
