Clam: What kind???

    Everyone already gave it an ID. Keep us posted on how it does please.
    I had one for a good while and it died. He kept pushing himself off the rock like to tell me "I don't like it here!" but I dunno why I didn't listen to him. I listened to someone else who said because I had a deep sand bed the clam couldn't attach his foot to anything and he'd do better attached.... yeah, not!

    No matter where you decide to put it John, it needs to be on a rock, as they are a rock boring clam. The sand bed can be fine, but make sure to put a flat piece of rock or at least a large shell underneath it so it has something to attach its foot to.

    That's what I should've done was put something bigger then him under him to attach to.
