I have an 80 gallon setup and was looking for ideas on a cleanup crew. As of now all i have are 4 turbo snails and they seem to keep the algae on the live rock in check. What I really am looking for is sand sifters or any type of invert that may eat leftover food and sift through detritus since i currently have black sand as my substrate. Im looking to add a cleaner shrimp in soon to go along with the snails, my fox-face, clown, and tang as the only inhabitants of my tank.
What has worked nicely for you guys?

Conch snail, Sea Cucumber, Serpent Sea Star and a Black Long Spine Diadema Urchin are a great choice!

Cleaner shrimp for sure. I have two. They grab a lot of left over meaty stuff.
Neon Goby will clean your fish as well as the cleaners. My Yellow tang loves him.

I have a team of blue leg hermits, cerith and nassarius snails. They're always eating something. I have one Emerald crab, sometimes I suspect he may have killed some things in my tanks, but I'm not sure. He does eat algae too.

If you're going to get an urchin I would wait until your coraline algae builds up ... if you want coraline that is. They'll eat that.
