    I just set up my closed loop today using a little giant 4-MDQ pump and it rocks. I have dual returns, one in each corner. The pump is under my stand next to my sump. I used couplers on the pump and placed ball valves directly above the couplers so the pump is easy to remove and clean. I will post some pictures later

    Ok people, stupid question coming your way. What is a "closed loop" system and what is it's purpose and or function? I've heard of this quite a bit and I'm just wondering if this will be something else I will have to explain to my wife that I'm making! Ha! [smiley=biglaugh.gif] !
