    hello peeps just wondering how big do clown triggerfish get? would they be ok in a 90 gallon tank? 80 :-/gallon? 70 gallon? thanks, G dawg

    they get really big.....im not sure how big exactly. but i have seen like 10" ones......it would be ok if you got a smaller one in a 90 gallon.....but not forever......

    They are very agressive and get big id say they need a five foot long tank and are NOT reef safe!

    A clown trigger can eaaaaaaassssssiiiilllllyyyyy outgrow a 90 gallon tank.

    180 minimum for the long haul, these guys get huge and are very aggressive. On top of that there very active swimmers.

    Clown Trigger (Balistoides Conspicillum)
    Max sixe = 20 inch
    Min tank size 135gal (511 liters)

    Needs plenty of hiding place, and house only with other fish with same size and belligerence. Some manifest a Jekyll and Hyde personality: amiable for months then turning nasty. Known to kill all tank mates and attack it's owners..
