Confused about flat worms

First time here! I have three tanks set up as of now. two nano cubes and a 55. All are coral set ups with clown fish. Currently I am over stocked with coarals as they are growing quicker than I thought. My question to the group now is that I have some very tiny brown flat worms that are beginning to pop up everywhere in my tank and I was wondering if they are destructive to my corals? I have both soft and hard corals and currently they seem to be doing fine.

If they are brown flatworms it may be a good idea to eradicate them as they do harm SPS a lot of the time from what I've heard from others.

 

I'm guessing planeria, which on there own do not hurt corals but if the population gets high enough they can over grow a coral and block out the light that it needs.
You can use flat worm exit or different fish will eat them too(6line or yellow wrasse).
