Constipated Clownfish?

    Ive never seen this before... But I guess weirder things have happened. My female occelaris clownfish has had an enlarged abdomen for the last 3-4 days after a large meal. Thats usually typical because she is a pig, however she hasnt "lost the gut" yet. I have fed the tank lightly since then and she goes after the food but spits it out. Her breathing is looking a little on the labored side and she is acting lethargic which is very not like her. There is some "stringy poop" that it looks like she is trying to pass but cant. Is there any way to treat this? I had assumed she would get past this but is not looking very good and not acting like herself today. :-/
