    Hi,
    where do yall recommend ordering copepods from?
    i am wanting to start a bucket of pods.

    sometimes your lfs will have them... but you can try ebay, ive found cheap ones that took a good root in my tank from there

    the only LFS I have is petco and they dont carry them

    well i got mine off of ebay and they sook off real fast.
    A nice refugium works amazing for upping the population though!

    And you can do some supplemental feeding with a very small particle food (i use marine snow and it works great for feeding pods!)

    dont have a refugium and dont plan on having one anytime soon.

    I'd say 1000.

    Dont' mix amphipods and copepods if you're farming. You can mix them in your tank though.
