1.026 is perfect for corals. But dont do another water change to bring it back up. the drastic changes are bad for your corals and fish. What is that? looks like a nem maybe?

Looks like an anemone being an anemone. How old is your tank? I dont know much about rock anemones, but anemones are delicate creatures that should be in a mature aquarium.

    its 6 months old.

My LFS the one that helped me set up my tank told me that it would be fine :)

Ive had it for 3 months and it was doing fantastic !

It grew a bit and ate everything i gave it...

    What are your thoughts?..
    Can it be expelling waste?

its really hard to see the coral in the blue light, its a flower nem thats all i can make out, in general its a tough coral and hard to kill i can't give you a reason for the lost of the mouth area i wish i could see the coral better in general they just waste away when they die like a zoa.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Try feeding them small pieces of raw seafood ie: shrimp, scallops, fish. Size of pieces should be 1/4 inch. Make sure they ingest it and remove expelled pieces. Do this once to twice a week for a couple weeks and see if they turn around.

I would say based on the image in the first post expelling waste.
