what do you guys think of my mix i use it to target feed my corals
i use 2 cubes of frozen mysis , some selcon and rotifeast in about half cup of tank water.
Its kinda nice since the mysis sinks and i can feed the torch / frogspawn with the heavier mysis pretty easily oh i also dust the palys with the mysis and then i hit the sps with the juices after the shrimp are gone ( really i dust most everything with the juice ) oh on a side note i turn off the power head for about a half hour while i do this

Sounds pretty good, there's no real wrong way to supplement corals, well there are, but you seem to have it under control.

+1 on Guitarman IMO - as long as your water parameters are in order, your OK

I have recently been mixing mircovert, coral accel and cyclopeze together along with tank water and using a pipette to distribute close to my LPS and softies

early indicators are the corals seem to appreciate it
