I am about to make an order with Coral Morphologic, one of the sponsers for 3reef. Not that I do not trust them, but I just want to see how eveerybody's experiances were with them. Good, bad? I just want to be very careful because I have actually never ordered coral online. Also would you guys assume they do a dip before they ship the coral to make sure there are no parasites on them? Thanks so much

Corals shipped well from Collin, Never had any nasty issues with the stuff! :) Definitely a good starter place to order from, specially rare morphs!

Hoping to get a few WYSIWYG zoas. I am just so uneasy about it, but they look so AWESOME! I am just thinking....what if something goes wrong? What if it brings parasites in my tank?

I am skeptical about ordering online as well. I am yet to try it since I live really close to one of the best aquaculture stores on the east coast. Seeing it in person makes the difference for me. I will be following along to see how your experience goes in case I decide to venture out!

I think I am going to have to put it off :(
I sent CM an email with many questions that I would like answered before I order.
If I order tomorrow though I could still get in on the sale :)

Honestly, You run just as many possibilities to have issues with ordering online as well from purchasing from an LFS, You just take a shipping chance.

Collin ships his corals very well. :) He usually has freebies or ordering promotions as well. In the 5-6 orders I've ordered from him, I've only had one ricordea die. And oddly enough it was a freebie. Most places have a DOA policy and they either replace it, refund it or credit it.

They offer a DOA policy. The corals he offers are pretty hardy and great shippers usual. The one Ricordea I had die, was in the dead of winter.
