Coral newbie

Hello all,

I've been keeping my FOWLR tank for a year and a half now, with minimal problems. I really want to venture into keeping a reef (the reason I got into the hobby), I'm going to be purchasing new lighting soon as well (T-5's).

I need to read more....i scour the forums for bits of info here and there, but I was wondering if you knew a good source of info for the beginner reef keeper, like what types of coral a beginner should try, and what special treatments/dosing those will need.

i know its kind of a vague question....:-/ sorry...

 

im new to it as well but from what i hear the candycane coral and zoanthids are good for begginers they are a hardy one.... i have a cluster of both
